Tell your customer, "I am starting my own Avon Business, to get my business established, I need to pay Avon when I place my order. To do that I'm asking you to pay for your order now".

Collect Money From Your Customers When You Deliver Their Products

Collect Money From Your Customers
  • Cash
    • Cash is acceptable but will take diligence on your part to keep separate from your personal finances. Make sure to keep records of cash receipts.
  • Check
    • It is recommended tat you accept checks from steady and well known customers because if a check does not clear you're responsible
    • Make sure the customer writes out the check to you and not to Avon
  • Credit Card
    • You can use Avon Credit Card forms & when doing so, should always make sure to verify signatures. To reduce risk of fraud which you are responsible for, call the toll-free number on the back of the card form to retrieve an authorization code
  • Money Order
    • Have your customers make it out to you not Avon. As with cash, always deposit it right away to ensure account is up to date.

  • Opening a free checking account for your Avon Business
  • Keep the account balance up to date
  • Deposit customer payment immediately

QuikPay
  • It is the preferred payment option. You make QuikPay payments using yourAvon.com. It's available any time online. QuickPay lets you pay your account balance directly from your checking account. You can sign up for QuikPay on the account page by clicking the enroll in QuickPay link.
Debit/Credit Cards
  • Its easy to pay your account balance with your debit card or credit card. When you make a debit card payment, the amount is drawn directly from your checking account.
Money Order
  • Money orders are an acceptable form of payment if you don't yet have a checking account or are working towards establishing your credit history with Avon. 
  • Money orders are available in Post Offices, Grocery Stores
Personal Checks
  • Some Avon Reps pay with checks. If you choose this method make sure you put the payment amount shown on the invoice along with date, your district # & your account #.
  • Mail it with your payment coupon to Avon.
