MAKING A CHANGE - YOU CAN DO IT

MAKING A CHANGE - STOP AVOIDING CHANGE

ARE YOU THE TYPE THAT DOESN'T LIKE CHANGE? DO YOU FEAR CHANGE? DO YOU AVOID CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE? WELL, I WAS THAT PERSON 2 YEARS AGO. YOU CAN FACE YOUR FEARS AND MAKE THE DECISION TO MAKE A CHANGE, A DECISION YOU WON'T REGRET. YOU AN DO ANYTHING THAT YOU PUT YOUR MIND TOO!

Making a change is hard for most, a lot of people fight change, they run away from change, they don't want to face change because of their fears. I admit I used to be one of those people. I started with Avon in September 2014 and ever since then I have grown into the leader and person that I am today. I had decided at that time that I would face my fears and make a change. We owe it to ourselves to make a change. We owe it to ourselves to see what else is out there for us. We all have greatness within us whether it has come out or not. There is something great within us all. I choose to let my greatness shine do you?

So a little about me, I am Aiden Bean or as I go by on Facebook Aiden Kirchner. Kirchner is my father's birth name, he was born in Ulm, Germany and was adopted by the Bean's (an American Family who was in the US ARMY) and was stationed in Germany at that time. I have German and Irish in me. I am an Entrepreneur with Avon but I am also a Store Manager for an Exxon. I have 3 adorable dogs whom I love with all my heart, and the most beautiful, amazing, gorgeous, sweet, wonderful fiance Vickie whom I love so much. I started working at Shell (Stop In Food Stores) in August 2011 and worked there until May 2015. I quit to do Avon full time, but after not really working my business like I should have to become successful I decided to go back to work (or reality as some may call it). I worked 2 different jobs after I worked at the Shell Station and neither satisfied me so I quit to do Avon again but that wasn't quite enough for me, I wanted more. The Shell Station (Stop In Food Stores) got sold in October 2015 and at the beginning of November new owners took over. Now I was Assistant Manager of Shell from 2011 to 2015 and when the new owners took over they asked me to come and work for them as Manager but at their other store Exxon. I started at the Exxon in November 2015 and I have to say I really like being a Store Manager. Yes, sometimes it is stressful but for the most part I really love my job and I love the owners I work for, they are great people and I love my customers. I take pride in my job and try to be the best leader (Store Manager) I can be. I started with Avon in Sept 2014 and ended up putting Avon on hold while I figured out what I was going to do. So when I started at Exxon in November I decided to start doing Avon again. And I do both jobs full time. I didn't give up, because I NEVER give up on what I love and I absolutely LOVE working for Avon. Life is good, and I am living life to the fullest. I haven't gotten to exactly where I want to be yet but I am getting there and I am not giving up even if it isn't easy.

Do you work an 8 hour job that you hate? And you can't wait for Friday to come? Yeah I used to be that way. I used to hate jobs I had in the past and couldn't wait for my days off from work. I was always tired and felt like I had no energy and felt like I had no drive at all. I started with Avon and that all changed. Avon has done many great things for me, more things then you can imagine. Its a great company to work for and I am glad that I was introduced it because one thing I have inside me is, I am a natural born leader. I was born to lead and with Avon that gave me the opportunity to be a leader. I started with a few people on my team and it grew to around 30+ members that I added to my team. So if you have a job that you don't like, you owe it to yourself to make a change and do something differently with your life. You owe it to yourself to see what greatness you have in yourself. Mine and there could be many, was to be a leader, to lead a team, to lead people in general.

Nothing in your life will be different if you don't make a change, a change for the better. Most people don't like change and neither did I. But I made the decision to make a change and do something differently with my life, I made that sacrifice and I am glad I did. Change is hard, its hard to adjust to something new, I get that. And I know we all have fears about making a change and what if's BUT, if you don't make the decision to take a leap of faith and make a change you're going to stay where you are and nothing will ever change in your life. You will stay unhappy and miserable for the rest of your life or until you decide that its time to make a change because you owe it to yourself to make a change for the better.

What if I told you that you're sitting on your deathbed and thinking back over your life and how you lived it. Would you be satisfied with how you lived your life? Would you think, I just existed and worked a job I hated instead of making a change and seeing the greatness I have within myself or would you think, I am glad I decided to make a change so many years ago and take that leap and let go of my fears and I REALLY lived my life to the fullest and had much success in life? I know that when I decided to face my fears and made the decision to change my life I didn't regret it at all. You see, I had worked for one direct sales company which was a weight-loss company and I had no success at all, I eventually gave up, not because of my fears but because it wasn't my niche, it wasn't something I was interested in, it wasn't my passion. I gave up also because I wasn't successful at it and I wasn't even willing to try to be successful. So after I left that company I thought to myself, maybe being an Entrepreneur isn't for me. But one day I decided, no I meant to be an Entrepreneur and I am meant to lead a team, I was born a leader. So I faced my fears and decided to give Network Marketing/Entrepreneurship another try. I faced my fears and ignored all my doubts that I had about it all and took the plunge, that was after I met a girl on Facebook who is now my Avon Team Leader, Melissa Keller. After meeting her and talking with her I decided to join Avon. See, having a great Team Leader/Upline is also important. If you don't have a Coach/Upline that is willing to help you and wants to see you succeed that you are possibly going to hit rock bottom and you will not get anywhere with your business. With that said, my Mentor Lisa Scola I believe said she had no Upline when she started with Avon and she is a HUGE SUCCESS today. Lisa has climbed the ranks with Avon and is now doing it full time and has had quite a lot of success with it. She built her team and grew with Avon all because she faced her fears and decided to make a change and didn't give up.

I have been with Avon since September 2014 and I started selling Avon at first but that wasn't enough for me, I had a thirst for more and I knew I was born to be a leader, I had it within me, I had what it takes to be a great leader. So I not sold Avon but I started recruiting members for my team. I had a unique way of getting members on my team but hey, it worked for me so I went with it. When you are in any business of course you have to make an investment, whether it is a small investment or a big investment. NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE! IF YOU REALLY WANT SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT!!! So I started recruiting and adding people to my team by the end of the year I had 33 people on my team and its still growing. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS AND NEVER STOP TRYING TO REACH YOUR GOALS! I didn't give up, Lisa didn't give up and a lot of others whom I am close to in Avon haven't given up. We have worked our butts off to be successful and to reach our dreams and accomplish our goals. NEVER GIVE UP! DO NOT FEAR CHANGE! Change can be a good thing, I can't think right off hand when change has been a bad thing.

I CHALLENGE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU TO MAKE A CHANGE TODAY IN YOUR LIFE. I CHALLENGE YOU TO FACE YOUR FEARS BECAUSE YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO SEE WHAT GREATNESS YOU HAVE INSIDE OF YOU AND YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO MAKE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER IN YOUR LIFE AND TRUST ME YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!

When starting in Network Marketing and becoming an Entrepreneur or starting your own business let me tell you, it's never easy but you can bet it will be worth it. Nothing comes easy and nothing surely comes free trust and believe that. However, some may become successful in reaching the top in the wrong ways and not really working for it but that's their way of getting to the top and I suggest you do it the right way, really do it the right way. Work your butt off, put in the hours, put in the blood sweat and tears. Yes you will get frustrated as I did and you will want to give up but don't. It won't be easy in the beginning but you can bet your ass it will be worth it in the end.

Who is ready to face their fears today? Who is ready to make a change in their life? What really, do you have to lose? NOTHING! You have to make the decision if not today then tomorrow or the next day, or hey set a date and make the decision to make a change in your life. It will be scary yes, all changes are scary at first. There will be doubts, there will be worries, there may be stress and anxiety. That may sound like a bad thing but its not. After I made the decision to change my life and started working for Avon and started working on building my team I spent countless hours working on my business even staying up past the normal time I go to bed.
RISE AND GRIND - WAKE UP BEFORE THE SUNSHINE

If you haven't thought about or got anything from this blog post just remember this, you do have greatness with in you, everybody does. Some just choose not to find the greatness within them. Some just choose to work a job they hate and not really see what else is out there for them. Every one has a talent, or several talents, something they are really good at. Once again, some just choose not to let that show, some choose not to go in that direction, to just stay at the job they hate and choose not to go out and look what else is out there for them.
