Teach Your Recruits to Be More Successful! Teach your recruits everything you know so that they too can be successful! The easiest tip that I can give any AVON rep in leadership is to teach your reps everything you know! Help them understand the best AVON sales practices, how to be succesful and how to get into leadership. The more you teach them the better they will be. Not all of your downline will be successful. Some won't even place their first order or pay their first bill. Others will reach for the stars and help your reach for yours! Always go over the kit with you new reps. Follow up in a few days and see how they are doing and if they have any questions. Check back with them the day before their order goes in. Remind them what time it goes in so that it won't be late. Hold weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings. This is a great way for them to learn more and to share their thoughts and ideas with other reps in your unit. This can also be very fun and rewarding for you and your reps. You will be able to watch each other grow and become very successful business women. Hold Unit Meetings For Your AVON Unit Or Atleast encourage your reps to attend their district meetings Holding meetings is a great way to teach your recruits new things, help boost their confidence and a great way to show recognition, both indiviually and as a group! If you don't have the time or the space to have a unit meeting then atleast encourage them to attend the district meeting. However, a personal meeting from you would be great. If you are short on cash, consider doing it at a restaurant with a conference room, thats usually free and gives plenty of room for your presentation. Hotels also have some great presentation rooms. Offer Recognition to Your Unit Help them to feel special so that they can be special! Cheer on your unit with some great recognition. You don't have to spend your profit on trophies...just show them your appreciation. Nice certificates printed out from home, a leaderboard (to show online or at your meeting), a verbal recognition, pins and other things along that line are GREAT recognition rewards. Offer incentives for certain sales levels, new recruits, hitting PC and anything else that strikes your fancy. Brochures, bags and other business tools are a great prize for the winners.
