If you're not happy, we're not! To return items please follow the simple directions on the back of your packing slip for a full refund. If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.
