Tips To Increase Sales and Customer Base
Run Specials For Your Customers. You can give a % off or a Free Gift. For Example:
Buy $25 worth of product and receive a free hand lotion. (Do this when they are on sale) Chap Stick is also a good giveaway.
Purchase $20 worth of product and receive a 10% discount.
Order More Brochures. It is a numbers game. The more books you give out, the more orders you will get.
Run a Deal for your customers. For Example you can offer a free gift or a discount if they refer 2 people to you.
Talk to everyone about AVON
GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is a must. If you give good customer service, you will not only keep a customer, but they will tell their friends about you.
Do a Raffle. Put a sticker on your book that says, “ For each 2 items you buy from this brochure, receive one entry into a drawing for ????? valued at ?????” Then buy something on sale the previous campaign or out of the outlet book to use as your give away. I like to use jewelry, a bath set, or a foot works set for the giveaway.
Do a 50/25. Put a sticker on your book that says..”For every $50 purchase of AVON Core Products, you will get $25 of your choice FREE of AVON Core Products. AVON core products include anything in the book without a diamond beside the name.”
Do a Spot The Dot. Put a dot (you can get these at Wal-Mart in the business section) and write a discount on it. 5% off, 10% off, whatever % you want to give your customers off. Put it in the book somewhere, the place a sticker on the outside of your book. “Spot the Dot located somewhere in this book and see what your discount with this order is.” This is a great game as the customer gets a discount and they will also look through the entire brochure looking for the dot.
Put a sticker on your book. “Love your AVON lady? Share this book with a friend and receive 10% off your next order if they place an order with me and mention your name.”
Have fun with your customers. Always let them know when you are trying for something. They will love to help you. Sticker your books with your goals and see what happens. For example…”I am trying to win a trip with AVON.” “I am trying to sale $10,100 worth of AVON this year.” “I am looking for business partners. Do you know someone that could use extra money?” Always offer an incentive to your customers for their help. Let them know you appreciate them and what they do for you and your business and watch your business grow.
