- Post flyers in apartments or on bulletin boards at businesses
- Leave catalogs at beauty salons or nail shops
- Wear an Avon Badge
- Wear an Avon Button, you can order these easily on the internet. Zazzle is a good place to order buttons
- Let your bank know what the deposit is for. Give the teller a brochure. I do this and I have 2 great Avon Customers who are at my bank.
- Hang a flyer inside a bathroom stall door.
- Always have a catalog with you
- Use bumper stickers
- Make a goal to give out a certain numbers of cards per day and brochures per day
- Use your card as a bookmark in the library books. Leave them in the books when you return them.
- Hang a sign on your car window about your business
- Leave brochures in all waiting rooms you go to
- Join a club or network group, which I have done on Facebook
- Go door to door - introduce yourself and your business - I call this door knocking
- Hand out brochures at fast food places, that's where all the mom's hang out
- Always keep flyers with you to hand out
- Do home parties
- In hospital waiting rooms, always leave a brochure
As you can see there are many ways for you to "get the word out there" there is no being timid here. If you're serious about building your Avon business you need to be on top of it and that includes the marketing of your Avon Business. I suggest you make an effort to add to this list, think of your own ideas and put them to work, some will work better than others, some won't work at all but you won't know until you try.
